Shipping policy
PurposeFlow is a digital product - a web app you access online. There's nothing to ship, and no shipping cost. Once your payment goes through, you set up your account and you're in.
Here's how to start:
- Tap "Create your account" in your confirmation email to open PurposeFlow.
- Choose "Sign up," enter the same email you bought with, and pick a password.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your address.
- Come back to the login page, sign in, and you're in.
Tip: Use the same email you purchased with, or the app won't recognise your purchase.
Your access is lifelong - one purchase, no subscription. Sign in any time, on any device, and your data stays in sync across all of them. There's nothing to lose or accidentally delete: your tasks, habits, and journal are saved to your account, so they're always there when you log back in.
